The Handstand Kids Mexican Cookbook is the second book in the increasingly popular Handstand Kids cookbook series (the first featured the recipes and language of Italy). The ingredients and utensils are translated into Spanish in the introduction so kid chefs can learn the language of Mexico as they cook the cuisine. Chef Aaron Sanchez, who is an authority on Mexican cooking and has been a co-host on The Food Network's Melting Pot, wrote the introduction.
